Suitability assessment of drained agricultural land in eastern Croatia for irrigation purposes

Uslijed sve izraženijih klimatskih promjena, na području istočne Hrvatske dolazi do češćih i duljih sušnih razdoblja što rezultira promjenama u vodnom režimu područja te poteškoćama gospodarenju tlom vodom za potrebe poljoprivrede. Iz tog razloga javlja se češća potreba izgradnjom sustava navodnjavanja svrhu stabilne isplative poljoprivredne proizvodnje. Stoga ovaj rad ima cilj odrediti pogodnost navodnjavanje dreniranog poljoprivrednog zemljišta (tala) Hrvatske. Za analizu osnovnih pokazatelja korišteni su podaci s meteorološke postaje (m.p) Osijek-Čepin m.p Gradište kod Županje, vremensko razdoblje od 2003. 2022. godine. Utvrđen je blagi trend sniženja godišnjih količina oborina porast mjesečnih temperatura zraka 0,09 °C godišnje. Također utvrđena visoka varijabilnost kontinuirani nedostatka vode tlu smanjenje viška tlu. Na istraživanom dreniranom poljoprivrednom zemljištu (ukupne površine 74.871,2 ha), obzirom klase pogodnosti navodnjavanja, najviše zastupljena klasa P-2 (63,2 %), a zatim slijede P-3 (26,0 %) P-1 (9,8 %). Svega 1 % istraživanih površina svrstan klasu nepogodnosti N-1, trajno nepogodnih tala N-2 nije utvrđena.
